VHaanceData was founded in 2018 by a team of former data scientists and engineers who were tired of being recruited by people who didn't understand the difference between a data scientist and a data engineer.
We set out to build something different: a hiring firm staffed by people with real data backgrounds who can have meaningful technical conversations, accurately assess candidates, and understand what "good" looks like in every data role.
